Dog Abandoned At Animal Shelter With All Of His Toys And Bed
Dogs, today they seem to take up the internet. Each and every time I decide to spend some time at my social media profiles, I am practically swarmed with pictures of cats and dogs. This way, people are trying to raise more awareness, and in some cases, they are trying to help the particular dog to find a new home. And, if you happen to find a dog on the street, the best thing to do would be to take care of it for a little bit until you take it to a shelter which will try and find a new home for it. They constantly have people coming and going from there looking for a new pet that they could take care of.
But, this wasn’t the case with Wall-E, this canine was brought in the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control Shelter by a person who had previously decided to take him in. At the time, Wall-E was only three years old. This canine is a Labrador mix, and when his previous owner decided he didn’t want to take care of him anymore, he decided to take him back to the shelter where he took it, but he included all of his toys and the little bad that Wall-E loved so much.
The workers at the shelter were happy that the family did the right thing with Wall-E. Once they couldn’t take care of the dog, they decided to take him back to the shelter instead of leaving him alone on the streets, and it was the right thing to do. This way, the shelter can immediately try and find a new home for the dog, and he surely won’t suffer any abuse on the street and will be properly fed. The workers at the shelter added that the family was in tears while they were saying goodbye to their puppy. But, as they put it, it was something that they had to do.
While his owners were leaving him at the shelter, the poor puppy was continually barking. It might have been because of the fact that he couldn’t understand why his owners were leaving him. But, as time passed by the dog seemed to fall into bigger and bigger depression. At first, Wall-E didn’t want to play with the other dogs at the shelter, after that, when families came to adopt the puppies he didn’t seem interested at all, and he wasn’t socializing with the families. But, after the workers noticed Wall-E’s behavior, they started taking more care of him and gave him more attention, and all of a sudden, the puppy was happy again.
Wall-E started getting his images and description of his story on the wall of the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control Shelter Facebook page. And the workers were trying really hard to find the puppy a new home in order to make him as happy as possible again.
The person that runs the Social Media profiles for the Maricopa County Animal Care and Control Shelter is Jordan Bader, and he continued to post the pictures of the cute puppy over and over again saying how they would like to get Wall-E back to his usual self again.
After a bit of time has passed, a woman named Lynn Lee saw the posts and decided to go to the shelter and take a look at the fantastic looking Labrador mix puppy. After she spent some time with the puppy, she was happy to adopt the puppy, but she couldn’t put her mind to why would someone leave a puppy like Wall-E. She got to the shelter with her dog, and when she took her dog to Wall-E the two started playing immediately, that was a clear sign for Lynn. She adopted Wall-E and finally ended Wall-E’s search for a forever home!
